Extension and substantial alteration to large single residential property in conservation area in SW19. Planning permission for reversion to a single house from flats proceeded a successful planning approval for substantial two storey extension to the rear and basement to the property. Currently the documentation is being prepared for a tender on the scope of the work with specific attention paid to external and internal detailing of elements and fixtures and fittings.
