The second phase of a smart new residential development in St Austell providing a further 30 new build apartments. Lipscomb Jones Architecture were responsible for carrying out inspections and preparing Profession Consultant Certificates on the first phase of the development which is now reaching completion. Following the production of Building Regulations drawings, on site inspections for the second phase of construction are under way.
