Brief: This project, now complete, was the addition of a large single storey rear extension and loft renovation to a mid-terraced property in North Oxford, Oxford. The existing property was set over 3 floors with a modest rear garden. Our clients wanted to make significant alterations to the rear of the property to create a generous open plan kitchen / dining / living area. This space was to be modern in finish and feel. Large bi-folding doors open onto a decked area to the rear. In addition to these works at ground floor, an existing loft conversion was externally renovated. Build Cost: Estimated at £150k. Status: Completed April 2018.
