Brief: This project, now complete, was the addition of a pair of single storey rear extensions to a semi-detached property in North Oxford, Oxford. The existing property was set over 3 floors with a modest rear garden. Our clients wanted to make significant alterations the property to the rear to create a generous open plan kitchen / dining area. This space was to be modern in finish and feel, with french doors opening onto a new patio. In addition to these works, a smaller rear extension was added to the side return area of the property to create a much improved home office. Build Cost: Estimated at £175k. Status: Completed Sept 2018.
