The farm having fallen into disrepair over time, our Clients purchased the site with a view to breathing fresh life into these beautiful but tired barns. Working with skilled builders and trades, the barns have been sensitively restored and divided to create a small residential settlement within the heart of the South Oxfordshire countryside. Key to the success of the scheme was to understand the nature of each barn, how it was constructed and to then embrace its character.
