Wembley Retail Park, located on an island site to the north of the new National Stadium will provide a total of 206,257 sq ft of floor space when complete. The retail park at the centre of this mixed use scheme is designed in a horseshoe configuration around forecourt parking. Restaurants and offices line the outer edge of the development facing the highway and serve to screen the service yards of the main retail park from public view. Phase 1 of the scheme was completed in 2006, under the ownership of The Junction. Phase 2A, for Quintain Estates, was completed in 2008.
