Design of potential new factory and head office for a plastic injection moulding plant. The project was to create a 40,000 sqft factory and storage facility together with 5,000 sqft of offices to support the relocation of the company. The development was to be sustainable incorporating many innovative features. Planning Permission has been approved but the project is currently awaiting further instruction.
