This full refurbishment and interior renovation is set within Modernist masterpiece Highpoint II in Highgate. The Grade I Listed building was designed by Berthold Lubetkin in 1938 and the building fabric is strictly protected. Delicate negotiations with English Heritage were required in order to agree the work. Original features were preserved and a striking colour palette of blues and browns for the interiors and furnishings was developed based on le Corbusier’s 1931 Polychromie Architecturale.
