Situated in the coastal splendour of Marbella, Spain, this beachside mansion emerges as a unique project in our portfolio, epitomising the intersection of contemporary design and natural beauty, and our first project abroad. The endeavour focused on the meticulous remodelling of the existing façade, transforming a once faux chalet mansion into modern architecture of crisp fine lines. The original structure, evoking a tired aesthetic, felt incongruous within its beachside context, prompting a comprehensive redesign. Recognising the paramount importance of the dwelling's location and contextual harmony, our vision centred on a contemporary interpretation rooted in a white modernist tradition. The goal was to imbue the residence with highly modern, sleek lines that would seamlessly integrate with the coastal surroundings. The choice of a crisp white palette served to enhance the timeless elegance of the structure while embracing a minimalist aesthetic. Landscaping played a pivotal role in the project, strategically crafted to create a harmonious separation from the building while intricately weaving the natural elements of the context with the new, modern façade. This thoughtful integration ensures that the dwelling not only complements its beachside locale but also emerges as a beacon of contemporary design, offering a sophisticated and idyllic retreat in Marbella, Spain.
