Connor Ferris Architects were appointed to design and deliver a single-storey rear extension for a family home in Essex, enhancing both space and natural light. The extension created a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, with large sliding doors connecting seamlessly to the garden. A new utility and WC were carefully integrated into the layout for practicality. The design complements the existing property through matching materials while introducing modern features and improved energy efficiency.
