This project involved the comprehensive redesign and enhancement of a substantial detached family residence located in a sought-after area of Essex, adjacent to protected woodland. The brief focused on modernising the property while preserving its scale and character. The home offered generous internal volumes and mature landscaped gardens, presenting strong potential for spatial reconfiguration and architectural refinement. Our role encompassed spatial planning, interior reorganisation, architectural detailing, and strategic upgrades to improve flow, natural light, and long-term value.
