This project involved converting the roof space above an existing Children’s Day Nursery to create a dedicated Pre-School for 32 children. Our services began with an initial consultation on development opportunities, exploring various feasibility options. We secured planning consent and completed the design, later acting as Employer’s Agent during the contract. Additionally, we designed key elements beyond the main scope, including escape stairs, feature glazing, and external works. The project was completed on time and under budget, delivering a tailored educational space for young learners.
