Colony Architects were approached by Portsmouth City Council to undertake a feasibility study for a newly available site. We prepared a series of designs and concept models, generating potential accommodation schedules and outline supportive planning strategy documentation. The final output was a series of visuals to be used in a public engagement exercise.
