Full restoration of a Grade II listed townhouse overlooking Clapham Common. Fantastic spaces with marbled columns and painting ceilings were fully restored. The previous use as an HMO left the building in a poor state of repair with unsympathetic services installed throughout. Modern interventions were undone, sensitive modern changes successfully brought through planning and listed building consents, and technical delivery of basement conversions, loft conversion, and full façade reinstatement undertaken. Full services from design and planning, to detailed technical design were given.
