Calcot Park Golf Club need to modernise their clubhouse to deliver top-class golfing services from a state-of-the-art facilities. Year-round golfing would be offered through the provision of swing rooms with digital tracking to allow simulated play on the world's finest courses. Modern changing facilities, as well as bars and restaurants built to cater for specific user needs will make the clubhouse accessible for all and encourage greater engagement from currently under-represented demographics including women and children. The neighbouring building is Grade II* and the landscape is essential to a successful proposal. Colony designed a new clubhouse where the services are placed below ground, reducing the visual impact and providing spectacular viewing angles of all the major holes.
