Development and expansion of Gloucester Road Medical Centre’s purpose-built premises, located on a unique site formerly a tram station. Works comprised the addition of a new storey with five consulting rooms, enhanced treatment facilities, a meeting space, a new entrance and an expanded waiting area. A two-storey rear extension was also created, providing four treatment suites and admin space. Construction took place during the Covid-19 pandemic and proceeded with a fully considered phased programme, with no loss of service to patients.
