About the practice

CMI Studio is part of the CMIC group of companies which provide a wide range of architectural and design services. Established in 2017, CMI Studio is a multi-disciplinary architectural practice created to meet the needs of an expanding London and south of England client base. CMI Studio, sits alongside with CMI Architecture, CMI Workplace, CMI Interiors and CMI Management. The benefit to CMI Studio clients is that they receive the collective knowledge and 25 years’ experience that is shared across the group to assist in the delivery of their projects. CMI Studio team consists of Architects, Architectural Assistants and Technicians/ Technologists. The whole team is headed by the Director overseeing all Design, Planning Stages of the projects and a Technical Director who oversees the post planning stages of the project through to completion. The company’s practical, proactive and personal approach, enables us to provide innovative solutions to Client’s requirements across many sectors. CMI Studio specialises in offering its clients’ personalised professional management services and solutions on projects from conception to completion covering all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work. CMI Studio brings together development and management experience, encompassing a wide range of sectors which enables the company to offer a range of services including: architecture, interior design, project management, construction management, health & safety /planning supervision and CDM coordination. This is underpinned by a wide range of supporting skills including, CAD (AutoCAD), BIM (Revit), visualisation (Sketchup), photographic and printing systems.
