Called back nearly two decades after the Practice carried out extensive alterations to this late 19th Century house, a dilapidated and largely unused lean-to timber conservatory was replaced with a garden room and the terrace remodelled. With extensive views of the large garden with river frontage as well as the Berwyn Hills on the skyline, the insulated garden room complete with frameless corner window, glass sliding doors and underfloor heating is now used throughout the year. The steel balcony is part of the earlier alterations.
