A contemporary extension to a listed 14th Century cruck framed Longhouse. A glass link separates the Longhouse from the extension which includes a large two storey garden room with mezzanine library above, designed to take in the stunning views across the Llanymynech valley. After lengthy negotiations with the Local Authority, Planning and Listed Building Consent was obtained but a change in the clients circumstances meant that the project did not proceed.
