Combine and convert two listed terraced retail properties into new offices at first and second floor whilst retaining retail use at ground floor. Work to include part demolition of 77 Duke Street, designing new layouts on all floors and part demolition and rebuild to front elevation of 77 Duke Street. The nature of the work within a conservation area required careful consideration of the restoration of the properties Victorian shell whilst internally providing a flexible and modern office environment including the installation of a platform lift for the disabled.
