A flagship store for Primark in the South East at Westwood Cross in Thanet. With 70,000 sq.ft. sales on two floors the new store is the retailer’s largest in Kent. The project is Phase 1 of an overall masterplan to further enhance Westwood Cross Shopping Centre. It is a continuation of Chetwoods’ relationship with Land Securities and previous work on the Westwood Cross development including creating the original masterplan. Chetwoods was responsible for the design of the building shell, with the fit-out designed by IDL.
