32.2-acre mixed-use technology campus within Southall’s International Trading Estate. The masterplan transforms an underused industrial site into a strategic data centre and industrial campus forming part of the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure. The scheme includes three state-of-the-art data centres, modern industrial units and a central Pavilion providing shared amenities and community spaces. Developed with AR Urbanism, the design integrates high-performance digital infrastructure with flexible workspace and a cohesive landscape strategy. Delivering significant biodiversity enhancement, new canal connections and 153 trees, the scheme supports sustainable growth while generating up to 530 jobs and substantial local investment.
