cb3 design were appointed to work up schemes for 33 apartments and 7 houses for this site on the banks of the Victorian Rochdale Canal. The plots overlook Manchester’s newest marina at Cotton Field Park in New Islington and are components in a larger £20 million masterplan. The design seeks to maximise the water frontage and design features include rooftop gardens and balconies. The scheme is attracting young professionals & families and seeks to create a new community, as part of a wider area of urban master planning and regeneration, which includes a new school, access to a new Metrolink tram station and a new park.
