Paul Cayford is an experienced RIBA Client Adviser, having performed this role for the BBC, and London Boroughs of Lambeth & Ealing. Paul was Client Adviser (previously referred to as CDA) for LB Ealing Building Schools for the Future (BSF) Wave 5, a £350 million programme with 18 schools. The new PFI sample school, Dormers Wells (illustrated, with architects Nicholas Hare) opened in 2012. In addition the existing Cardinal Wiseman School, procured on a Design & Build was completed in 2014 remaining open during construction with minimal disruption to the students. Client Adviser briefing & feasibility design was done for 5 further schools, including some challenging existing school rebuilding projects. We continue to work with the schools.
