Richmond Homes Partnership is working with Cayford and project managers FFT to deliver a significant retrofit programme for post-war, prefabricated concrete-frame homes, supported by funding from the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.2. Cayford is appointed as Retrofit Designer under PAS 2035, responsible for developing retrofit strategies to bring these homes up to at least EPC Band C. The programme aims to improve energy performance, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance comfort and living conditions for social housing residents. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainable architecture and the decarbonisation of the UK’s existing housing stock. All works are being delivered in accordance with PAS 2030 & 2035, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and long-term impact.
