The new 1000sqm two storey teaching block is a modular construction, and was delivered to site and assembled in four days. The rest of the school was extensively remodelled and extended, during the normal running of the school. Cayford Design supported the design-build contractor Cosmur Construction in this process, assembling and managing the full professional team, producing construction drawings & specifications and obtaining detailed planning and building regulation approvals.
