The brief from our client Genr8 was to develop a scheme of 277 build-to-rent sector residential apartments with a large welcoming lobby, postal room, cycle storage, co-working space, bookable function rooms with kitchen spaces, a roof terrace with BBQ facilities and a private, landscaped courtyard, creating a vibrant community and rental living experience.
