The Vauxhall Sky Gardens site features a tower and podium containing 178 new apartments, approximately 96,000 sqft of office space, 2,500 sqft of commercial space, basement parking and 22,600 sqft of amenity space. Linked by a two storey public realm indoor area the buildings will offer the highest plot ratio of any residential building in London through the incorporation of two ‘Sky Gardens’.
