CJCT have recently submitted an exciting new student accommodation campus with shared teaching facilities to be provided for Imperial College by Berkeley First on the former NEC site, One Victoria Road, North Acton. The proposal will incorporate well managed, purpose built, student residential accommodation including student services, administration and management offices, shared teaching and laboratory space. In addition a variety of active ground floor uses and public spaces have been incorporated to support the wide range of student facilities and resources to be provided. The world-class partnership between Berkeley and Imperial College will ensure that the development is of the highest quality, providing a striking new development in the key gateway location at North Acton to provide 140,000sqft of market leading student residential, teaching and commercial accommodation with a build cost of £30,000,000.
