Our expertise covers low energy design and architecture but also space design efficiency, helping to achieve the best solution to match our client's requirements. We listen and observe carefully to identify opportunities for space use and space qualities whilst thinking creatively to find solutions. From small extension, whole house refurbishments to multi-residential conversions and new-built developments, we have a depth of experience working on contemporary high quality projects as well as listed buildings in conservation areas. CCA are winners of the New London Award 2020 in the dwelling category and were shortlisted for the 2020 Building award for small projects.
