A river side apartment on the top floors of a faux industrial loft building. It looks to the City of London, by a railway bridge, with views up the Thames. The steel frame structure allowed freedom in reconfiguring the interior. Extensions were added to the roof, including a study which emerges out of the space below. The new work involved filling in spaces, inside and out, to provide enclosure and more complex spaces. There was no view down river to Tower Bridge. There is now, through an inset dormer.
