This residential masterplan is located in the district of Irqah in western Riyadh. The masterplan creates a cultural ribbon through the heart of Irqah with a design grid of residential and leisure facilities that sit either side of the central boulevard, providing a key axial link back to the city centre. A perimeter of exclusive palaces align the edge of the masterplan with the stunning views over the Al Mahdia Valley. The residential neighbourhoods form the grid which is regularly broken with landscape, pathways, a diagonal road, architectural features and the curves of the boulevard.
