Located at the corner of Hyde Park and Exhibition Road, this Grade II listed five-story Victorian building underwent extensive fabric maintenance and a comprehensive refurbishment to accommodate office, residential, and consular functions. A poorly constructed 1960s rear annex was reimagined with re-cladding and a rooftop extension, transforming it into a contrasting contemporary wing that offers new social function facilities.
