Our architects were appointed by Niblock to provide Post Planning services for the Fashion Hub project in Poplar. The scheme redeveloped existing garages into a Fashion Business School, garment manufacturing, makery, and business units with associated infrastructure and external works. Led by Poplar HARCA, in partnership with the GLA, London College of Fashion, and The Trampery, it revitalizes Tower Hamlets’ connection to fashion. Using the existing concrete structure, with new steel and CLT elements, the hub offers garment manufacturing, training, and affordable workspaces, fostering collaboration between users, the public, and local residents. Designed as a Beacon Project, it provides jobs and business opportunities.
