This new HQ for Portswigger, a rapidly expanding young company based in Knutsford, creates a work environment based on the company’s dynamic working ethos. Arranged over two floors the building has been designed to facilitate the expansion of the company from 50 to 400 staff over the next few years. Facilities over and above the usual high-end specification Bruntwood are synonymous for include a “central park” amphitheatre that links both floors and allows the company to congregate in one space. There is a fitness suite, dining facilities and the staff will be able to use all the facilities offered at The Booths Park site. Clad in a vertical bronze paneling the architecture responds to the heavily landscaped setting and sits low in the site.
