The Mill House and Mill Cottage are two dwellings that have started on-site. They are part of a large redevelopment of Waren Mill near Berwick upon Tweed. The project started with a new stone and slate garage building that was completed in 2007. The development is within a conservation area and has a Grade II Listed building attached. Other parts of the scheme have been the conversion of Waren Mill Hall to luxury apartments and external improvements to the access and car parking arrangements.
