We have been working on the Grade II listed building and the attached restaurant for the past 15 years. Various schemes have been produced for conversion to residential units and offices. Work has been done to the restaurant interior and it's façade. The windows are in the process of being upgraded and advertising applications have been applied for and obtained. We enjoy a good working relationship with the owners and expect further commissions in the coming years.
