Loft conversion and internal alterations of a beach front detached property on the Wirral. This project involved opening up the existing loft to create a spacious new stair and landing, leading to three additional bedrooms and a bathroom for this family dwelling. The addition of two sea-facing dormer windows and additional roof windows have created light filled spaces with fantastic sea views on one side and expansive views across the Wirral on the other.
