The brief for this small project was to improve the existing Kitchen / Dining / Utility provision for a mid-terraced house by either re-using or rebuilding an existing, poorly constructed and badly insulated extension. By rearranging the layout of the existing Kitchen, Dining and Utility rooms and building a new extension the client will now have a warm, well laid out and useable space that can be enjoyed year round, rather than being a badly laid out space that could only comfortably be used during the summer months.
