Mintel is a well respected business brand. This brief was to encapsulate the brand, philosophy and culture through the design of the new London Headquarters. The use of colour, shape, cultural and artistic reference, material were combined to create a 3D brand representation with key brand signifiers whilst fun, practical, provocative and engaging. The design and layout stimulate creativity & provides a flexible working environment that allows staff to choose where & how in the building they work optimally. An airstream caravan, Tardis and classical library have been designed as small meeting rooms with larger glass meeting rooms & breakout areas themed to various Mintel schemes. Mintel has experienced far better well being of its staff & enjoyed lower sickness incidence.
