This project was a successful but complicated approval for a private client to develop his site in a conservation area. We worked with the planning, conservation officers & the Highgate Society to achieve a proposal that delighted the client and was enthusiastically accepted by local interest groups & the community. In just eight weeks after submission of the scheme, full planning & all necessary conservation area approvals were granted.
