This project was a full renovation of a large 4-bedroom townhouse in the heart of Strawberry Hill, Twickenham. The client engaged us during the final stages of the house-buying process. We provided the feasibility study and the concept design very early, allowing the clients to fully explore the true potential of their new home and decide on the options and test them against the allocated budget. The options were high-level costed, allowing the client to make appropriate budget-conscious decisions understanding the pros and cons of each one. This was quite important as it eliminated any second thoughts when construction started. We provided architectural and interior design services with continuous support throughout all phases of the design and construction renovation, including managing the project, controlling the builders and inspecting the builder's works to achieve the highest level of finishes.
