Currently on site, for which Bucknall Design is the Employers Agent, and client advisor. The exterior shell of the project was already designed by the Design and Build Contractor, Bucknall Design redesigned the interior room layout, staircase design alterations and turning the house into an 'upside down house'. The design for both the Interior Design, Interior Layout and External Landscaping (and outbuilding design) has been undertaken by Bucknall Design. Agreeing the remedial detail design and later contractor liaison was also part of the brief.
