Planning Permission Granted for large ‘Mid-Century Modern’ ground-floor extension and reorganisation to a family home within the North Downs National Landscape (formerly AONB). The brief was to ensure the house engages with the landscape, whilst providing a Mid-Century feel to the extension. A 3D model helped to show the design intent to the Planning Authority, and meant that there were no Planning Conditions to discharge.
