Springfields Independent Living is the epitome of design for residential health, wellbeing and comfort. Commissioned by emh group, designed by brp architects and built by Willmott Dixon. The scheme is the developer’s largest supported living complex, creating an inclusive, bustling community that allows people with varying care requirements of any age to live and thrive. The £13.3m scheme comprises of 65 one and two bedroomed apartments – all of which were quickly occupied. It also includes a café and bistro, beauty salon and communal gardens that are open to the public in order to encourage inclusivity within the wider community and not just primary residents.
