A roof space with a difference. The traditional back elevation of the roof extension was fully glazed across the rear of the property giving wide reaching views and beautiful sunlight in to a modern clean space. A small ensuite bathroom was also created with a large roof light over the bath to give a uninterrupted view to the sky above while lying in the bath or having a shower. The final addition was a large roof light over the main house staircase to throw light down the stairs to the floors below, that along with the glazed rear elevation has given incredible daylight to the centre of the house. Modern, clean lines both internally and to the exterior give this property a dynamic finish.
