Description The barn is set within a group of listed properties that the client wished to purchase for a variety of uses. Prior to their purchase of the site, we initially obtained change of use approval to offices for the barn that enabled the client to proceed. The barn was converted for the client’s recruitment business. The ground floor was opened up to provide a multi use space including offices and breakout spaces with movable partitions to allow space for larger staff gatherings. The upper floor comprises office space with client interview rooms. The scheme design is of a contemporary nature taking into consideration the traditional oak construction of the barn.
