A new build sports facility at the University of Leicester's Manor Road site. The development includes a 25m swimming pool, spa facilities including a sauna, steam room and hot tub, large gym, studio and changing facilities. The development links with the existing sports hall and team changing facilities through a new reception area for the whole centre. The building is a highly sustainable development and successfully achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.
