This scheme involves the 14,000 sq.ft refurbishment of the existing offices at this famous London landmark in Covent Garden plus a retail unit at ground and basement, and a remodelled apartment in a new roof extension in the Grade 2 Listed Building that faces onto Long Acre. Our design incorporated the existing building features such as the original cast iron steel beams and columns and exposed brickwork along with new Crittal glass screens, and a double sized reception.
