A redevelopment of an existing building in Fitzrovia in Central London into an 11,000 ft2 office development. The scheme includes the introduction of a new facade including three bay windows with bronzed feature curtain walling and art print spandrel panels. The project was granted Planning Permission by Camden Council in July 2014 and is due to be completed in early 2016.
